Roi Kish, our founder, is a veteran HR specialist with many years of experience in recruitment ,with hundreds of satisfied clients from all fields.

 

Born and raised in Israel, Roi was always a people’s person, with an honorable service in the Israeli Boy Scouts, holding various leading positions as a teenager, with many responsibilities over hundreds of activities for the community.

In 2003, Just after completing a meaningful combat service in the paratroopers unit of the Israeli army, Roi was introduced to the Hubbard Management System and its useful tools for recruitment and employment solutions, and  became a professional manager and recruiter.

 

Roi has developed a unique system for rapid recruitment for small, medium businesses, as well as for enterprises.

During the last 20 years, Roi helped hundreds of businesses to improve their staffing and employment conditions with a high speed, proficient recruitment cycle.
 

In 2023 Roi opened the U.S branch of his activity, located in Clearwater Florida, with the same goal in mind: to provide an efficient and rapid staffing solution to U.S companies. In a very sort time he partnered with top notch specialists in key fields of employment, to build a strong team that can service successfully the needs of many of the main industries in the U.S.
